If you like to financially support Todon.eu, Todon.nl and Todon Tools we offer several donation options.
Our technical expenses are currently € 1,767 per year (hosting, backups, domain names, notifications emails). When we receive more donations than needed, we will first create a financial buffer. If needed we will invest in more system resources.

We offer three different donation platforms, where you can use PayPal or an European bank account as a payment provider.

• Patreon
  
  Famous, but commercial. They ask a fee of 5% (excl. payout fees). You can pay via PayPal or a credit card. Monthly donations only.
  
  

• Ko-fi
  
  They don't ask a fee (excl. payout fees) and are semi-commercial. You can pay via PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). One-time donations only (in the form of symbolic cups of coffee).
  
  

• Liberapay
  
  They don't ask a fee (excl. payout fees), are non-commercial and open-source. You can pay via PayPal (all currencies), a credit card (via PayPal) or a bank transfer (via Paypal). For recurring donations (see the FAQ on the donation page for a workaround for one-time donations).
  
  

Note that with donating, you don't get extra features or other benefits than people who didn't donate. With this we make sure that everyone can equally use Mastodon, whether you are poor or not, or for whatever reason you can't or don't want to donate.
